Web Vortex LLC (“Web Vortex,” “we,” or “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, phone number, subject, and message. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information through the form.
We use contact details to respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible project, provide requested information, and maintain related business records. The form may send an acknowledgement email, and your submission is delivered to Web Vortex by email. Our WordPress installation also has form-management software that may retain submissions in its administration database.
We use Google Analytics 4 through Site Kit to understand how visitors use the website and improve it. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, browser and device details, approximate location, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies. Google receives and processes this information under its own terms and privacy disclosures. We do not currently have Google Ads linked to this Analytics property.
Your browser may also store cookies needed for site functions. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some site features. For information about Google Analytics data collection and disclosures, see Google’s Analytics privacy disclosures and Google’s Privacy Policy.
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, and support the website and communications, including website hosting, email delivery, and analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or services. We do not sell contact-form submissions.
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a client relationship, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We delete or securely dispose of it when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards for the information we maintain, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. To make a request, contact us at webvortexllc@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where the law or a legitimate business need requires it.
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
